Chocolate knitting day

I've never been to a stitch n bitch or any for of knitting/crafty meetup. But after years and years on Ravelry, a group of us decided to finally have a meet. We are a group of Wollmeise lovers, but we are not monogomous :) What a fun day. Chocolate, chatting, oohing and aahing, gorgeous yarn. I'm sure we got more than one sideways glance from passers-by :)

      That one was at The Glen. The next one will be at Maling Road, Canterbury in about 6 weeks. Can't wait :)

    Is it an open or closed group Evelyn? I am a new transfer to Melbourne from NZ and am a keen purveyor of hand dyed yarns and was once a roomie with the Wollmeiser herself at the first Loopy Ewe Spring Fling. Would love to come along to the Canterbury meet up if you take in strays...
