I just wanted to share more of my weight loss journey. These are my measurement changes in 8 weeks. I've lost a total of 9kg now. 1.5kg to my goal weight of 65kg. I might have to shift my goal. I can't recommend Michelle Bridges 12wbt highly enough. If you want a healthy, fast and effective way to get fit and healthy and lose weight, this is the way to go. Next intake is January!
