And for those who are curious, the Michelle Bridges' 12wbt is going along brilliantly. I've lost close to 8kg since starting 7 weeks ago. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a healthy change in lifestyle with the added benefit of losing that flab before Christmas. The next intake is January. I will be signing up again to keep myself on track. I'm 3kg away from goal weight! I might have to adjust my goal :)

Christmas present
So I've been a bit quiet on the blogging front. I've been frantically knitting away on my featherweight. I only have one sleeve to go. But I couldn't help myself. I had to start another project. This time it's a family kris kringle present. It's for a new girlfriend in the family. I asked my brother in law if she would like something hand knitted and what her favourite colour was. He said she loves all that stuff and would love a shawl in purple. This was a super quick and easy knit. I used the entire ball of yarn but I had to cut the pattern off binding off 2 rows early. I don't think she'll notice :) I hope you like it, Linda!

Michelle Bridges' 12 week body transformation
So the stats are in. No wonder my jeans no longer fit! I didn't think I'd shrunk that much, but the measuring tape speaks for itself.
